Thank you for choosing GemCarats for your jewelry shopping experience! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you're not happy with it, you can return it for a refund or exchange it within 15 days.
To ensure that your return is accepted, please make sure that all items are returned in their original condition, including any gift boxes and velvet pouches. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Additionally, for engravable products, we are unable to accept returns once they have been personalized.
